Co-Founder

Experienced fitness coach and people-focused leader with over a decade in personal training, client transformation, and coach development. Began as a freelance personal trainer and progressed into senior coaching and leadership roles through consistent results in client outcomes, service excellence, and relationship-driven training. From coach to Fitness Manager, Club Manager, and ultimately Franchise Business Manager, designing coaching systems, mentoring new trainers, and building high-performing teams across multiple locations. Passionate about developing coaches, creating sustainable training environments, and helping clients and teams perform at their best.

As Founder of Super.Set.Go, built from a personal belief that strength, mobility, and movement are the foundation of aging well.  As I’ve grown older, my focus has shifted from chasing performance to helping people move better, stay pain-free, and remain confident in their bodies through midlife and beyond. I’m deeply passionate about using practical strength training and sustainable movement habits to improve mobility, independence, and longevity, so people can continue doing the things they love for as long as possible.
