How It Works

Our Points of Fitness cover strength, conditioning, striking, and multi-plane movement.
Two PoFs stay fixed (Cardio and Strike), while the remaining ones rotate daily.
This keeps training balanced and prevents repetition.

You choose your starting point, your focus for the day, and the intensity that matches your energy level — all guided by our “Set/Go” interval system.
